Kind Reminder

Usually, the key card cannot be used if it is in contact with a magnetic object. This is a common problem encountered during the check-in process.

 you'll have to go to the security guard  to have it re-magnetized.  

 I hope you can read it carefully to avoid problems with check-in.

If you encounter such a problem, please don't worry, just go to the security office on the first floor to add the magnet. 

 

              

 

 As a friendly reminder before you have it re-magnetized, the name in your registration information should be the same as the name on your ID. Otherwise, when you go to the security guard to re-magnetize the card, the security guard will check your information. If the names don't match, you will be fined.       

 

 Location of the security office:

Lower Lobby ： 6AM to 5PM, it is located next to the elevator on the first floor.

Upper Lobby：5PM-6AM, it is in the security office on the second floor.
