About Garbage Disposal rules

1. Small garbage (less than 20cm): Wrap it in a bag and place it in the garbage room opposite the elevator.

2. Large items/garbage (more than 20cm): Prohibited from being placed in the garbage room; must be disposed of in the designated trash bins/bulky waste area outside the building (consult security for specific requirements; photos of the disposal location can be provided if needed).

3. General requirements: All garbage (including food waste) must be sealed and packaged before being placed in designated containers/areas; only regular household garbage can be put into standard trash bins.

4. Cardboard box disposal: Disassemble and flatten them first, then place them in the cardboard recycling bin at the loading dock (consult security for the exact location).

5. Additional note: If you are unsure about the disposal method, you may leave the garbage in your room—our cleaning staff will handle it uniformly after check-out.

Friendly Reminders

1. Regardless of size, garbage that is not properly packaged and disposed of in designated trash bins may result in a fine.

2. Before visiting the security office to inquire about matters such as demagnetization or network connection, please ensure that the name registered with us matches the name on your identification document; a fine will be imposed for any discrepancies.

 Location of the security office:

Lower Lobby, 6AM to 5PM, it is located next to the elevator on the first floor.

Upper Lobby,5PM-6AM, it is in the security office on the second floor.
