Lower Lobby, 6AM to 5PM, it is located next to the elevator on the first floor.

Upper Lobby,5PM-6AM, it is in the security office on the second floor.

Prior to visiting the security office to inquire about matters such as demagnetization, network connection, or any other related issues, it is essential that you verify the consistency between the name you registered with us and the name on your identification document. 

In the event that you approach the security office with inquiries, they will conduct an information check. In case of any discrepancies in the information, a fine will be imposed.
