Ala Moana Hotel Fee Explanation ($50 Check-in Fee & $30 Daily Group Fee

When you arrive at the Ala Moana hotel. 

1. Upon checking into the Ala Moana Hotel, you need to pay at the front desk by credit card: a $50 check-in fee plus $30 per group per day (not per person). Payments are made directly to the hotel; our team does not collect on behalf.

2. Mandatory fees include unlimited access to the resort’s recreation deck, pool, beach towels, gym, and sauna. The recreation deck, outdoor activity area, and fitness center are all located on the 3rd floor.

3. After payment, you will receive an Amenity Card, which can be used to redeem services at Hale Makana retail store, enjoy discounts at hotel restaurants, and participate in cultural activities and lobby entertainment. For details on the Amenity Card and benefits, please consult the front desk.
