Check-out time is before 10 am on the day you check-out. No late check out since we have guests coming in on the same day you check-out.  When you check-out, please leave your key card on the table and take a picture with the key card on the table and send it to us.

For your convenience, here’s a quick summary of how to checkout:

 

1,Before you leave, please bring all of your trash to the trash room located by the elevators.

 

2,Please remove any food from the refrigerator.

 

3,Please take all  of your belongings with you. If it came with you, please let it leave with you.

 

4,Please let us know if  you broke or damaged anything in the condo. We understand that accidents happen, but do ask you to notify us. 

 

5,If you have time to send me a quick message when you check-out, I'd really appreciate it. That will help me alert our cleaners for the next guests.

 

6,About late check-out attention：

   6.1  For a late check-out, we first need to confirm if there is an incoming reservation for the same day.

   6.2   Second, we need to adjust the cleaning schedule of our housekeeping team accordingly.

   6.3  If you request a late check-out, we will inform you of its availability on the check-out day.

   6.4   Please note that a late check-out is subject to an additional hourly fee, with 20 US dollars per hour.
