During your stay, it is not recommended to have your packages delivered. However, please read the following carefully to avoid any confusion.

 

 1. Must be delivered and picked up before the tenant checks out. Do not order a package if you are unsure of the delivery date and time.

2. We are not responsible for your package before and after your check-in and check-out procedures. Packages must be delivered between check-in and check-out.

 3. The loss, theft and damage of the package will be the responsibility of the tenant

4. If you need to update the package, please coordinate with the security office. All packages are sent to the security office.
