Rules for Building Check-in Registration Information and Violations & Fines

Building management is very strict. Please follow the building management rules. Violations will result in fines. To prevent this from happening, we have compiled a list of possible fines in the building and sent it to our tenants to help them avoid fines.

1. Fine for Inconsistent Registration Information: Check-in registration information (including name, ID number, etc.) must be exactly consistent with the information on your personal ID document. If there is any inconsistency, once discovered, you will be subject to a fine and may be denied entry to the building.

2. Reminder for Carrying Room Card:
- From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., please carry your room card with you. Security guards will deny entry to guests without a room card who attempt to enter the building through the upper-floor lobby.
- If you enter the elevator without a room card and are discovered by security guards, you will be fined.

3. Fine for Violations in Public Areas: Smoking, drinking alcohol, making excessive noise, and other behaviors that disrupt public order are strictly prohibited in the building. Those who violate the above provisions will be fined in accordance with the building management regulations.

4. Fine for Violations in Using Public Facilities: To use the building's public facilities (such as the swimming pool, gym, etc.), you must first complete registration and ensure the registered information matches your ID. If you use [the facilities] without registration or with inconsistent registered information, you will be subject to a fine once discovered.

5. Heavy Fine for Accidental/Intentional Activation of Alarms: Touching or activating various types of alarms in the building (except in emergency situations) is strictly prohibited. If you activate an alarm accidentally or intentionally, you will be subject to a heavy fine of more than 1,000$.

6. Fine for Improper Garbage Disposal: Disposing of garbage not in accordance with regulations will result in a fine if discovered by security guards.

7. Entry Door to Apartments: No shoes, surfboards, foot mats, etc. shall be allowed to remain in view at front entrances of units.

8. Penalty for Illegal Parking at the Entrance: Random parking at the building entrance for more than 15 minutes is prohibited. Vehicles parked beyond the time limit will be towed away, and you will be required to bear the towing fee and corresponding fine.
